 Option 3 - Technical / For Clients

Introducing NetConnect ISP Management Portal

A full-stack dashboard solution I developed for Internet Service Providers.

For Customers: Self-service portal to track usage, pay bills, check plan validity (100 Mbps), and raise support tickets - reducing support calls by 70%.

For Admin: Complete business control center to monitor total clients, active connections (978 Online), revenue, pending payments, bandwidth (620 Mbps), and RADIUS server status.

CLIENT SIDE DASHBOARD (User / Customer View)

This is the self-service portal for your customers. The goal is to reduce your support calls.

 1. My Profile: The customer can view and update their personal details like Name, Mobile Number, Email, Address and Login Password. It's their identity section.

 2. My Connection: This shows the complete technical details of their connection - Username, IP Address, Router/MAC Details, Installation Date, and Current Connection Status (Connected / Disconnected).

 3. Usage & Bills: The most used section. Customer can see their Data Usage Graph (e.g., 356GB / 1000GB), daily usage history, and can download or view all their monthly bills (e.g., May 2025 - ₹900).

 4. Payment: A dedicated payment section where customer can Pay Online via UPI / Card / Net Banking, view Payment History, Transaction ID, and get instant payment receipts.

 5. Support: If internet is not working or bill is wrong, customer can Raise a New Support Ticket, check ticket status, and chat with your support team directly from here.

SERVER SIDE DASHBOARD (Admin / ISP View)

This is your main control center to run your entire ISP business.

 1. Clients: You can manage all 1,254+ clients from here. Add new client, Edit, Delete, Activate/Deactivate, and see who is Active (978), Inactive, or Expired.

 2. Plans: Create and manage your internet plans. E.g., 100 Mbps - ₹900/month, 50 Mbps - ₹599. You can set Price, Speed Limit, Data Limit, and Validity.

 3. RADIUS Users: The technical heart of your ISP. It connects your billing software with your routers. You can manage authentication, authorize users, and monitor who is online now in real-time.

 4. Report: Get your complete business reports - Daily Collection Report, Active/Inactive Client Report, Expiry Report, and Bandwidth Usage Report (e.g., 620 Mbps usage graph).

 5. Hotspot: If you have hotspot plans for hotels, cafes, or public Wi-Fi, you can create, manage hotspot vouchers, and monitor hotspot users from here.

 6. Payments: Track all your money flow. View Total Revenue (e.g., ₹2,45,680 this month), Pending Payments (87), Paid Bills, and Payment Gateway reports.

 7. System Settings: Full control of your system - Set Company Name (NetConnect ISP), Logo, Invoice Settings, Tax/GST, Payment Gateway API, and SMTP for emails.

 8. Support Tickets: Handle all customer complaints in one place. View New Tickets, Assign to staff, Reply to customers, and Close tickets. This improves your support speed.

9. Admin: Manage your staff and their roles. You can create Sub-Admins, Accountant, Support Staff and give them limited access (e.g., Support staff can only see Tickets, not Revenue).
